Photo Club Rules and Guidelines
The Online Photo Club is designed to provide a respectful, creative, and organized environment for sharing photography. All submitted photographs must be original work created by the participant submitting the image. Stock photos, images taken from the internet, or photographs created by someone else are not permitted. Submissions should be appropriate for an academic setting and must not include offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content. Participants are encouraged to follow the theme of the category they select and submit photographs that accurately represent nature, food, or sports subjects. Respectful interaction is required at all times when participating in voting, discussions, and live chat sessions.
To ensure consistent quality and accessibility across the website, all submitted images must follow specific technical requirements. Accepted file formats include JPG, PNG, and WEBP. Image file sizes must not exceed 1MB, as larger files may be removed from the server and result in lost points or disqualification from voting. Participants should submit only one photograph per category during a voting cycle unless otherwise stated. Minimal photo editing is allowed, such as brightness or contrast adjustments, but heavy digital manipulation that alters the realism of the image is discouraged. By submitting photographs, participants grant the Online Photo Club permission to display their images within the gallery and voting sections of the website.
